Aggregate of Faculty of Law (1), option Private law (CAMES, November 29th 1989 in order of merit n°1). Doctor in Private law (PhD.) from Strasbourg (France) in November 27th 1987, the professor ASSI ESSO Anne-Marie is the founder of the first Private Faculty of law in Ivory Coast called International School of Law temporary authorized under the following number N° 265/MESRIT/DESUP/SDEP of October 6th 1987 and finally authorized under the N° 0168/MESRIT/DESUP/SDEP/KF of June 30th 1998.
Professor ASSI ESSO is also the founder of the Institute of Foreign Language, authorized under n° 079/MES/DESUP/ of Feb 11th 2005 for its setting up and authorized to be opened and functioned under N° 1145/MES/DESUP/ of March 3rd 2005.
Under n° 1090/MESRS/DESPRI/S-DAH/CF of Nov. 2nd 2006 is composed of 3 (three) faculties that are Faculty of Law, Faculty of Foreign Languages applied and African languages and Faculty of Economic Science.
In the globalization International Bilingual University of Africa (IBUA) object is to allow the students to be able to use different languages in their professional ability. Whatever Law or economic science or foreign languages applied.
A linguistic formation will guarantee the students an efficient ability in case they plan to work abroad.
