Education Act 9 Sept 1997 N° 95-696 states in his chap. 51 that higher education must contribute in the national development process notably trough skills and qualifications training that favour the economical development and that take into account the present needs and their evolutions on a long term.

It’s in this view the International Bilingual University of Africa aims to train the African students by providing them a very good formation and contribute the development of a kind of law adapted to African social and cultural values.

Recognized and authorized by the state of Côte d’Ivoire under the N° 1090/MESRS/DESPRI/S-DAH/CF of November 2nd 2006, the International Bilingual University of Africa is entitled to deliver diplomas for the different branches that are certificate entitling holder to practice in some branches of legal profession, language skills diplomas, bachelor’s degree in African business law, master of law degree in African business law and doctorate or PhD.
Those degrees have a legal satisfaction of the higher educational ministry.

The International Bilingual University of Africa is composed of three faculties that are Faculty of Law, Faculty of economics science and Faculty of foreign languages applied and African languages.
